Right-of-Return/Warranty

Right-of-Return allows the return of merchandise, within the stated time period, for any reason, for a full refund of purchase price. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returned equipment must be packaged properly for the shipment method chosen. Special note: Factory-new items must be returned in the original package and packaging material. All materials must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Operational Guarantee provides for the repair, replacement, or refund of purchase price (at Lehman Scientific, LLC, sole option) if, within the stated time period, the device fails to operate. Batteries, light bulbs and consumables are not covered by the guarantee. This guarantee shall not apply to any defect, failure, or damage caused by the improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. Lehman Scientific, LLC disclaims any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Lehman Scientific, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages associated with the use of this product.
