Items may be used, unused surplus or factory new. All items are used, checked for proper operation and sold as working unless otherwise noted. Lehman Scientific, LLC offers a ten day right-of-return for all items. Purchases may be returned for any reason providing they are complete and in the same condition as shipped. You pay only the actual shipping costs. (For example: Even if a purchased item is in proper working condition, but does not perform as expected in your application, it may be returned within 10 days for a full refund of purchase price.) Returned equipment must be packaged properly for the shipment method chosen. Special note: Factory-new items must be returned in the original package and packaging material. All materials must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Unless otherwise covered by a manufacturer's guarantee, our standard operational guarantee is for 60 days from date of purchase and provides for repair, replacement or refund (at Lehman Scientific's sole option) if the item fails to function properly. (Back Room Surplus purchases are covered under special rules).

"Back Room Surplus" items are sold as-is unless otherwise noted (10 day right-of-return applies), however, please be assured that Lehman Scientific, LLC aims to please and we want to satisfy you, our valued customers. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve any problems.

A note about the item pictures: Only a few of our items are one-of-a-kind, therefore, the photos should be used for reference only as actual units may vary from the photo. However, we strive to photograph items that are representative of our stock.
