Leitz "Laborlux K" Microscope w/Epi-Fluorescence. (Inv #35) This Laborlux K is equipped for transmitted light and epi-fluorescence. The epi-illuminator holds one filter cube (included) that is very easily removed for brightfield work. The illuminator for fluorescence work is a 50W mercury lamp powered by an LEP, Ltd. Model 990002 Power Supply. The transmitted light illuminator is a 20W halogen lamp with a built-in variable supply. This microscope has all the usual Leitz features such as a 5-place reverse nose-piece, graduated Z-axis, mechanical stage with verniers, centerable condenser, and a field diaphragm for true Kohler illumination.
